Meet Kathy
Cosmopolitan REI is owned and operated by Katherine Vivar, a licensed attorney in El Salvador. Kathy prides herself on her excellent communication and interpersonal skills and works diligently to understand and meet the needs of her clients. She can assist with notarial and registry matters, as well as any legal matters related to real estate investment. Kathy earned a Bachelor of Legal Sciences at the Evangelical University of El Salvador and was authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice to practice law in June of 2023. After earning her degree, she worked as a corporate attorney and Head of the Registries Department at Legalia Law Firm. She then transitioned into the role of Legal Assistant to the Office of the President at the National Registry of Natural Persons. While there, she also served as RNPN Delegate for the opening of the DUI Service Center abroad, located within the Consulate of El Salvador in Madrid, Spain, and then as Coordinator of the DUI Service Center abroad. While Kathy excelled in her career in government, her true passion has always been helping others. Her desire to guide foreign investors through the El Salvador real estate process spurred her to create Cosmopolitan REI. Today, Kathy is extremely devoted to the work she does and is committed to helping her clients achieve their goals.
Meet Noah
Noah Boswell has spent decades working as a digital marketing professional. He is the founder and leader of C0MPLÉX1, a trusted digital marketing firm that has been operating successfully since 2007. A few of Noah’s qualifications include being a Certified Google Ads professional and a Yahoo! Search Marketing Ambassador. His qualifications with these industry giants enable him to empower his clients and help them achieve their marketing objectives. Noah attended the prestigious Belmont Abbey College and has worked in a variety of industries, including the real estate industry. He has also served as an inside and outside sales professional, a recruitment manager, and as a sales and marketing manager. Today, he is a successful entrepreneur and Internet marketing manager who handles and oversees more than $100k per month in ad spend. With over two decades of experience as an executive and digital marketing professional, he is well-equipped to help both U.S. investors and property owners on their investment journeys. Noah is a US and El Salvador citizen and operates successful companies in both countries. In his work with Cosmopolitan REI, he advises American investors as they navigate the El Salvador real estate market. He helps facilitate international transactions and is particularly adept at managing the complex financial facets of the investment process. He also invests time in building mutually beneficial working relationships with property owners in El Salvador. He operates from a thorough understanding of the property owners he serves and works tirelessly to match them with ideal investors. Noah greatly values communication and collaboration and encourages his clients to strive for continual improvement.
